01 Challenge

Škoda faced the challenge of introducing a more interactive and mobile form of presentation its vehicle range. The aim was to make it easier for dealers to access marketing materials and to make product presentations more attractive in order to support the sales process and educate customers about new automotive technologies.

In addition, Škoda wanted to streamline the processes involved in organising test drives and ensure that salespeople had access to the latest product information in any situation, regardless of the availability of the Internet.

02 Implementation

Škoda decided to introduce Salesbook app, and dealers were given tablets with access to all the necessary marketing and multimedia materials to upgrade the presentation process.

The app makes it possible to present vehicle offers and features  even offline, which is invaluable at external events.

03 Benefits

Thanks to the use of tablets, the presentation of vehicles and related accessories has gained in attractiveness due to its multimedia nature. The ability to present films and photos in a very attractive form has significantly facilitated the sales process.

Mobility was a key element in the implementation. Salespeople can now make presentations anywhere, without the need for internet access. This has enabled flexibility and convenience for both customers and employees.

Salesbook app has also allowed the latest product information to be communicated quickly, which has translated into better prepared salespeople and improved the presentation process.
