01 Challenge
The company was looking for a solution thanks to which it could improve processes related to sales, customer needs analysis and customer service. The management set a goal to improve the sales conversation and the sales experience, mainly through a simple and transparent presentation of the company itself, its offer and a vivid explanation of the insurance products offered.
02 Implementation
The company has provided all its agents -the so-called Life Protection Advisors -with tablets configured to explain various insurance solutions in a transparent and readable way to the customer and to collect information about the customer’s needs and preferences. A person meeting a potential insured person starts with presenting the company and its history, then presents himself and proceeds to analyze the client’s needs and explain the offer.
